We have a couple standard floor plan layouts. All of the layouts pictured are for a 20 x 40' footprint. We can also custom build to any plan.
Layout 1
This layout keeps things simple and efficient—two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open kitchen and living area that leads right out to the porch.

Layout 2
This version has a single bedroom and a full bath on the main level, plus an overhead loft for extra sleeping space or storage. The kitchen opens up into a spacious living area that flows right onto the porch.

This layout features a main floor with a front porch, open living area, kitchen, bathroom, and a private bedroom. Above, two overhead lofts are connected by a central walkway.
